Children's Outpatient

At Gracepoint our Children's programs provide the highest quality clinical services for children, adolescents and families. We provide a full range of psychiatric and therapeutic services, including individual, family and group therapy, psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Home based services are also available.

 

Our multidisciplinary teams include board certified child & adolescent psychiatrists, nurses, social workers and licensed clinicians. Our services are child-centered and family focused. We work collaboratively with both the child and their family, to help them through crises and develop the resources and skills to feel better.

 

Gracepoint counseling services start with a comprehensive assessment to determine your child’s individual needs. We then work together to create a treatment plan that will help your child and family meet the established goals. Board certified child psychiatrists oversee the care provided.

  • We have bilingual therapists and board certified child and adolescent psychiatrists

  • Children require specialized therapy interventions to help engage them in treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Incident Reduction Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, etc.

  • On-site pharmacy (ask about our medication delivery program)

  • We accept Private Insurance and Medicaid

Walk-in
Our children’s outpatient department proudly offers walk-in appointments for children and families without an appointment. If your child is in crisis, call 813.272.2882. Please keep in mind that you may experience a wait, and although we cannot guarantee you will be seen, we will do our best to accommodate your child’s needs.

In addition to traditional outpatient individual therapy, Gracepoint offers a variety of groups for children. Call 813.272.2244 to schedule
